Hyde & Co’s third summer session. In collaboration with Healing Weeds and Silent Pool Gin, we'll be taking you on a foraging walk on Brandon Hill, before showing you all of the different ways you can use your foraged ingredients in cocktails (and naturally sampling several cocktails too!)
